The Legg Mason Tennis Classic, Washington’s ATP 500 Tournament, is your best chance to see World-Class tennis in the Nation’s Capital. It’s also the best deal anywhere to bring your kids to a tennis match. THE DEAL OF THE YEAR GIVES YOU SIX FREE TICKETS AND SIX FREE LUNCHES ON SATURDAY, JULY 30.  That’s right! It’s the National Parks Recreation Family Day, with qualifying matches and loads of games for kids.

You must register soon, though. This deal is limited to 3,000 tickets, not 3,000 entries. There’s only one catch: You have to bring a kid. Even if you’re not a breeder, this is your chance to impress your family by offering to take the niece/nephew out on a Saturday. Even if you’re just doing it to watch Roddick or Verdasco on the practice courts, your family will be none the wiser.

LAST YEAR, IT RAINED FOR A GOOD PART OF THE DAY, BUT THE KIDS DIDN’T CARE!

I just called Legg Mason, Evan. They ran out of tickets yesterday. If you want a few tickets for that day and can meet us there (we’re coming down from Baltimore), let me know how many you need. I’m sure we can make it happen. Just send us your details to Tennismaryland@gmail.com. Thanks!
