keep concentraiting on every point that you play, not on the ponopent. keep track of the score but, also keep positive thougths its better to think and act like i will do anything it takes to win rathere than please god dont make me lose this match . listen to the kind of music that gets you pomped before your mathc and warm up good, it helps you get into the game right away.
